We’re The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay, a leader in the heating and air conditioning trade, and we’re hiring dependable, hands-on professionals for our Clearwater, FL team. Depending on experience and skill set, you’ll earn $80,000 to $200,000 per year and can receive sales commission from service recommendations meaning the skys the limit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
Repairing residential and light commercial systems
Performing preventative maintenance
Maintaining professional customer communication
Providing equipment upgrade and replacement recommendations when appropriate
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
Customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
NATE certification
5+ years of experience – eligible for sign-on bonus
“Service MVP” experience
