We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain commercial HVAC systems including package units, split systems, air handlers, and chillers.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnosing of HVAC system issues to identify and rectify problems efficiently.
Conduct regular servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment to prolong lifespan and improve efficiency.
Handle change outs of outdated or malfunctioning HVAC units, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining service performed in a clear and professional manner. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
Relevant HVAC certification and licensing as required by state or local regulations.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnosing skills with a proven track record of effectively resolving HVAC issues.
Experience with package units, split systems, air handlers, and chillers.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
