Full-Time | 11:00 PM•7:00 AM | 5 Days per

Week Pay Range:

$22•$27 per hour (Based on experience and certifications) The Georgian Terrace Hotel is seeking a reliable Third-Shift HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Department. This overnight role is critical to maintaining the property’s HVAC systems, responding to late-night guest service needs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of building infrastructure during non-peak hours. If you’re an experienced technician with strong troubleshooting skills and pride in your work, this is a stable, full-time opportunity with excellent benefits in a landmark hotel environment. ???? Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot water source heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and VFD-controlled pump systems. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and nightly equipment rounds Address guest room and public area HVAC issues as they arise Manage overnight work orders and minor repairs involving plumbing, mechanical, or electrical components Monitor system logs and ensure inventory of HVAC parts and tools remains stocked Coordinate shift handoff reports with the day engineering team ✅ Qualifications EPA Section 608 Type II Certification (Required) Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC, facilities maintenance, or engineering Hotel Engineering or Maintenance department work experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently during overnight hours and follow safety protocols ????
