HVAC Controls Technician Opportunity
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in installing and servicing Building Automation Systems (BAS). This role involves commissioning, diagnosing, and optimizing control systems to ensure peak performance. This company specializes in commercial/industrial design-build and controls, working on projects such as data centers, retail spaces, offices, and schools.
Requirements:
5+ years of direct experience in installing and servicing Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Strong ability to interpret technical instructions and troubleshoot complex control systems.
Experience in the mechanical or construction field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and service BAS controls for HVAC systems.
Diagnose and optimize control systems for efficiency and reliability.
Perform regular maintenance, surveys, replacements, and system modifications.
Ensure proper documentation, inventory management, and company equipment care.
Provide training and technical support to clients for system operation and maintenance.
