Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 100 Willow Brook Court, Mebane, NC 27302 About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to join our team at a multifamily residential community in Mebane, NC. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including HVAC servicing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair. Diagnose issues quickly and accurately; complete repairs efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain work order systems and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed. Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance. Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, fixture replacements, and appliance checks. Required Qualifications HVAC Certification is mandatory. Prior maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily residential setting . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to use basic tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience Working knowledge of work order software or property management systems.
