We are seeking a skilled HVAC Install leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating,ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability toinstall, maintain, and repair various HVAC units. This rolerequires a detail-oriented individual who can work independentlyand manage a team, ensuring that all installations meet safety andquality standards. Must be able to run projects, install ductwork,piping and wiring. Responsibilities Install heating, ventilation,and air conditioning systems according to specifications andschematics for commercial projects Perform routine maintenance andrepairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilizetools such as ohmmeters and welders for installation and repairtasks. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and implement effectivesolutions. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to addressHVAC-related concerns in residential and commercial settings. Buildand design custom HVAC solutions based on client needs. Maintainaccurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow allsafety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. RequirementsProven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in propertymaintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics and technicaldrawings related to HVAC systems. Strong mechanical skills with theability to operate various tools safely and effectively. Knowledgeof refrigeration principles and the ability to work withrefrigerants. Experience in welding is a plus for certaininstallation tasks. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively andefficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment toquality workmanship.
