Job Description

We’re seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are passionate about customer service, thrive in a team-first environment, and are looking for long-term growth. With a 55-mile Charlotte service radius, no on-call expectations, fully stocked company vehicles, and dispatch-from-home convenience, this is the opportunity seasoned HVAC professionals have been waiting for! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Service Technician position include: Minimum of 6 years’ experience in residential HVAC service; EPA certification preferred Strong customer service and communication skills with homeowners Valid driver’s license with clean record for the past 3 years; no DUIs within the last 5 years Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while educating customers on service options Shift options: First shift (8am start) or second shift (11am start), rotating weekends with weekday time off Weekly pay structure with drive time paid; iPad/iPhone used for dispatch via ServiceTitan Focused on ethical, options-based selling—no high-pressure sales Company vehicle provided and maintained, warehouse support team runs parts as needed
Salary:
$20.00 – $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus 10% commission on services sold.
