un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Looking for Labor Crews, Electricians, Plumbers, and HVAC Technicians (Metuchen) compensation: Varies Recently awarded fit-out work for 2 projects. Need quality subs to help make these projects come to life. Many more projects in the hopper but these 2 will be the trail run. Must be able to be aggressively priced
- this owner focuses on quantity of projects, not on-offs. Labor Crews (Demo, Framing, Flooring, Concrete, etc.)
- No additional licensing needed Electrician
- MUST be able to pull permit in NJ Plumber
- MUST be able to pull permit in NJ HVAC
