un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Certified HVAC Tech Needed For Diagnostic/Repair (Clifton, NJ) compensation: Based on your rates… Good day! This morning I woke up to warm air coming through the vents. I checked my ECOBEE Thermostat and it shows 82 degrees in the home. When I went to bed, it was at 78 and felt comfortable. I went outside and checked the unit, the fan is running. In the last 4 years, I’ve had 1 capacitator replaced in 2021 and the fan motor was replaced in 2024. It has been working great since.

Central Air Conditioner 3.5 Ton, 13 SEER Condenser, R22 Refrigerant I see the Refrigerant available for $270 for 22lbs of R22 Virgin Refrigerant. I am currently looking for a diagnostic. Hopefully it isn’t the compressor. If there’s a leak and it can be repaired, I’d like to consider options to repair first. I don’t have the budget right now to replace an entire unit. Looking for honest individuals who can come out at some point this week. We will make it work for now with a window unit. Thank you in advance.
