JOB DESCRIPTION

Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair with all aspects of residential HVAC including steam and hot water boilers, central heating and A/C units and ductless split systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with dispatchers, other technicians and managers to provide customers with exceptional service Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution Serve existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements Keep personal equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and performing repairs Document service actions by completing forms, logs, and records Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and individual training with our company trainer, and reading professional publications Accomplish operation & organization mission by completing related results as needed Must be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, have a “clean cut” appearance and adapt well to all types of working conditions

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience A customer-focused mindset – you take pride in helping people A team player with a professional, positive attitude Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely EPA Certification required NATE Certification preferred (but not required) Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
