Position Overview:

Technicians will perform service, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, AC units, furnaces, boilers, radiant systems, forced air, and geothermal equipment. The role is primarily field-based, servicing both residential and light commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and maintain a broad range of HVAC equipment Accurately diagnose system issues and recommend solutions Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Maintain a clean, professional appearance on-site Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and customer-focused service

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience Clean driving record Willingness to undergo a drug screening Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
