WhatYou’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/Rsystems including: o VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers(steam/hydronic), unitary systems, RTUs, VFDs & more
• Respond toservice calls promptly and professionally
• Interpret schematics,manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot issues
• Log all serviceactivity using our digital CRM platform
• Maintain tools, vehicles,and safety protocols to the highest standard
• Communicate clearlywith customers and colleagues alike
• Collaborate with internalteams and support peers as needed

What You Bring:

• 2-5 years ofexperience in commercial HVAC/R or field service work
• High schooldiploma required; technical school or certifications preferred
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA30 a big plus
• EPA Certification and trade licenses preferred
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Confidenceworking independently and managing multiple calls per day
