Job Description

Qualifications:
10+ years of Residential & Commerical HVAC Installation Experience
High School Diploma or greater.
HVAC On-site Managment Experiance
Has Led 5 or more HVAC Installers
Must be able to handle muilple HVAC Projects HVAC Installation Field Experiance a Must
New Construction HVAC Experiance
HVAC State License a Plus
Must have strong skillset of HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
Excellent work ethic is a must!
Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
