Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about providing quality service and thrives in a collaborative environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include: 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and maintenance, with light commercial work EPA certification required Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and internal company policies Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction Ability to work independently within a 20-30 mile radius (occasional jobs up to 50 miles) Participate in an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Salary:
$23.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus commission (potential to earn an additional $20,000+ per year with strong sales performance). Possible sign-on bonus available.
