Production Line Mechanic
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Job Description:

• Operate semi-automated and/or fully-automated machinery and equipment to achieve or surpass performance expectations.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal uptime and to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Exhibit teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively work with others.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge and skills to maintain the assigned machinery and equipment.
• Lead by example for others and assist in identifying ways to enhance processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• Strong mechanical aptitude along with troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and in reading schematics.
• Knowledgeable in ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC, and boiler operations.
• Capable of performing pump rebuilds, sensor calibrations, and preventive maintenance on compressors.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, including familiarity with NFPA 70e standards.
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS MaintainX software.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
