High School Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery, including but not limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled systems.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Repairs:

Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, or systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Preventive Maintenance:

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, following manufacturer guidelines and best practices to prevent breakdowns and increase equipment reliability.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any other relevant information using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements, collaborating with production teams and management to implement enhancements.
Stay updated with industry advancements and technologies through ongoing training and development opportunities. The essential functions of this role include:
