The Apartment Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of residential apartment units, common areas, and facility systems. This role ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet or exceed operational standards and resident expectations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders promptly. Perform minor plumbing repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks, replacing faucets). Repair or replace light fixtures, switches, and electrical outlets. Patch and paint walls, doors, and trim as needed. Repair or replace doors, locks, doorstops, and weather stripping. Perform appliance repairs or replacements (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers). Conduct HVAC filter replacements and basic HVAC troubleshooting. Perform preventive maintenance checks on common systems and equipment. #Tradeskills123
