Maintenance Associate 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 4550 Prince St, Conway, AR 72034 Ridgemere by Abby Senior Living, Conway’s premier senior living community, is looking for a Maintenance Associate to work Sunday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30 pm, with a 30 minute meal break. You must be available to work some evenings for special events. Although maintenance duties will be your primary function, you will also be required to drive residents to and from their appointments, special activities in the community and other driving duties as assigned. You must have a clean driving record with unexpired license (no CDL required). Two years of general maintenance experience is required and you will be required to also be in an “on call” rotation with other maintenance staff. Monthly cell phone allowance is provided The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening and have a clean driving record .
