This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, demonstrating leadership abilities while supervising maintenance tasks. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, including logic controllers and electrical systems. Conduct inspections to identify issues or potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Supervise and lead maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Execute mechanical repairs. Maintain facilities through painting and general upkeep activities. Use tools for troubleshooting maintenance issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Proficient in using tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics. Ability to perform painting and general facility maintenance and janitorial tasks.
