IMMEDIATELY A
maintenance employee troubleshoots failures and repairs and maintains the equipment in the Hotel.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensures Everything operates efficiently and effectively to meet productivity requirements. Performs basic maintenance and upkeep of facilities, grounds, and buildings. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Minimum one year of maintenance experience and/ or related training. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds unassisted. Able to work up to 6 days a week with different days off. Days off will not always be on the weekend. English is required IND_bonitasprings
