Must have good maintenance knowledge and skills such as Painting, Drywall, Plumbing & Electrical. Be like a handyman and can do a little bit of everything. Must be able to pass background and drug screening Good Customer Service Skills a plus along with ability to relate to elderly population. Basic Hours Mon-Fri 9a-5:30p and Must be willing to rotate on call weekends Full time with comprehensive benefits available
