Job Description:
Assist a maintenance manager in planning, directing, and coordinating maintenance activities for manufacturing facilities for the production of automobile body parts for electric vehicles. Oversee routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures. Supervise maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Provide training to maintenance engineers and technicians on best practices and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all manufacturing systems.
