The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing various maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as needed. Fabricate and repair equipment according to schematics and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Move heavy equipment (Appliances, etc.) Skills Proficiency in residential painting techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Capability to maintain equipment and perform basic repairs effectively.
