Maintenance Worker Hillcrest Manor Nursing Center 801 S Colby St, Hamilton, MO 64644 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge base and ability troubleshoot various systems. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Conduct inspections and diagnostics Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Assist in facility painting projects as required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Experience Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
