Description:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Seasonal Assistant to support the maintenance team beginning immediately until August 14 to prepare our units for mass move-outs & move-ins. Full & part-time days will vary depending on need. Available to work full days and weekends from July 25 – August 14 including Saturday & Sunday. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Requirements:
Climb stairs with materials to complete a make-ready unit. Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, reach or twist. Knowledge of handling tools. Replace filters, light bulbs, install blinds, Assist with appliance repairs, and limited HVAC. Lift, carry, push, or pull moderate to heavy objects.
