• 4:00pm. Pay range is $23

Responsibilities:

Plumbing Minor Electrical HVAC General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Picotte commercial properties. Occasional night and weekend hours; must take rotating on-call hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years experience in commercial or residential/facility maintenance Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions and acceptable to Picotte Companies insurance carrier required. Reliable vehicle for daily use Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to facility maintenance Ability to lift up to 60lbs Picotte Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
