Mobile Home Park General Maintenance Worker Old Stage Co Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 Job Summary Looking for a reliable candidate with general maintenance background to work 40 hours a week at multiple Mobile Home Parks in the Wappingers Falls, NY area. Knowledge of Mobile Home maintenance a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform general upkeep on Mobile Homes. Maintain grounds around the MHP. Work with other maintenance employees when needed to complete tasks. Skills Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Some electrical knowledge and facilities maintenance practices a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed. This General Maintenance role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the operational efficiency of our facilities while developing skills within a supportive environment.
