Compensation:
$27 hourly
Responsibilities:
Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
Qualifications:
Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Experience with Sheetrock, light electrical, light plumbing, and pool maintenance is required About Company Einsidler Management, Inc. is a full-service, family-owned and operated Residential Property Management firm.
