Facility and Equipment Maintenance Specialist Plum Creek Farm Market and Creamery Bernville, PA 19506 Overview The Property and Equipment Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining all facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure safe, efficient operations across multiple departments. This role supports the company’s mission by upholding the highest standards of maintenance and organization in alignment with Plum Creek Farm LLC’s Playbook values. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment
• Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery, tools, and systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs using electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and carpentry skills
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records
• Assist in equipment development as needed Facility Maintenance
• Conduct regular facility inspections and perform necessary repairs and improvements
• Maintain buildings, structures, and infrastructure in safe, functional condition
• Execute carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance projects as needed Grounds and Outdoor Maintenance
• Perform lawn mowing, landscaping, and grounds beautification
• Apply mulch and maintain outdoor areas according to seasonal requirements
• Manage snow and ice removal during winter months
• Maintain outdoor equipment and storage areas General Support
• Provide maintenance support to various departments as priorities dictate
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Participate in special projects and seasonal activities as needed Key Results Areas

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated competency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Mechanical repair and maintenance experience
• Carpentry skills including basic construction and repair work
• Basic refrigeration equipment knowledge
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with power tools and maintenance equipment Personal Attributes

Hours are seasonally-related. More work in the summer, and less in winter. Will likely average 40 hours per week over the course of a year.
