Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications :

• One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
• One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities :

• equipment lubrication .

air filter changes /Air handler maintenance record keeping / work request lighting / ballast replacement / electrical installations/ troubleshooting . plumbing / drain clearing ,flushometer repairs /faucet repairs air compressor maintenance , oil changes , exchanger cleaning. pumps , cleaning strainers , exhaust systems, belt changes . cooling , coil cleaning, temperature adjustments . heating /coil cleaning /steam boiler repairs. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
