We are seeking a versatile and reliable individual to join our team as a Vehicle Transporter and Building Maintenance Technician.

Job Description:

As an Auto Detailer and Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles, including manual shift cars, and potentially other specialized equipment to and from our storage facility. In addition, you will perform essential light maintenance tasks within our facilities. You will also be responsible for check in and check out inspections of each vehicle that comes into our shop. This role is critical to ensuring our vehicles are properly handled and maintained while contributing to the overall upkeep of our building. We take great pride in our customers vehicles so each one must be cleaned and detailed before the car lives our facility. Key Responsibilities 1. Vehicle Transportation to our storage facility:

• Safely operate manual shift cars.
• Transport vehicles to and from our shop and storage locations as required.
• Ensure the secure loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles to identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Building Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections of the building’s interior and exterior to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as painting, minor plumbing repairs, and electrical work.
• Repair and replace building fixtures, equipment, and furniture as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
• Work with contractors or external vendors for larger maintenance projects.

3.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle activities.
• Complete maintenance logs and reports for building maintenance tasks.
• Keep track of maintenance supplies and request replenishment’s as necessary.

4.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols, both for vehicle transportation and building maintenance.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed.

Qualifications:

1.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in operating manual shift vehicles.
• Prior experience in light building maintenance is desirable.

Skills:

• Strong driving skills, including the ability to handle manual shift vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in basic building maintenance tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Comfortable with working at heights if needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Other Requirements:

• Strong commitment to safety.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours.
• Auto detailing.
