The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our school settings. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform daily custodial tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas. Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained in accordance with established safety standards. Conduct outdoor maintenance and landscaping as assigned. Assist with porter duties, including the setup, breakdown, and relocation of furniture or equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify and report maintenance or repair needs. Manage waste disposal and recycling in an efficient and environmentally responsible manner. Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
