DESCRIPTION OF WORK
An individual in this role engages in semi-skilled tasks independently, provides support to a skilled tradesperson, or takes on the responsibility of leading a small team of manual laborers who carry out routine assignments. The position necessitates the operation of various tools and equipment related to construction, grounds maintenance, and general upkeep, often requiring the application of skills that are developed through hands-on experience. The employee is expected to perform minor repairs along with regular grounds maintenance and custodial tasks with a significant degree of autonomy, with their work being evaluated upon completion. For more complex construction or repair activities, the employee works under the guidance of a skilled trades worker or a supervisor, ensuring that higher-level tasks are executed with the necessary oversight and expertise. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
This is a seasonal, full-time position with no healthcare benefits. There is not an option to buy into health care benefits. The season runs from approximately March 2025 until November 2025 at which time the employee will be placed on leave without pay. The employee will automatically be returned to employment March 2026. Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
