Position Summary:
As a pivotal team member, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance, contributing significantly to maintaining a clean, secure, and fully functional environment for our residents, employees, and guests. Your role involves supervising maintenance, general services, and floor tech staff to ensure strict compliance with community standards and local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant and equipment. Supervision of maintenance, general services, and floor tech staff. Strict adherence to community, state, and federal regulations in all tasks. Guaranteeing efficient and reliable departmental operations in alignment with Inspirit Senior Living’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Collaborating with all staff members to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and team members. Facilitating collaboration with internal and external maintenance contractors, proficiently managing life safety building systems, and overseeing maintenance department operations through the TELS computer program.
Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of Trade School, High School diploma, or GED.
Experience:
Three or more years in construction or plant maintenance.
Preferred Licensure:
HVAC and EPA certified. TB test required.”
