Maintenance Operations Assistant East Tennessee Human Resource Agency, Inc.
Loudon, TN Location:
Loudon, Tn.
Employment Status:
Full-time Hourly rate: $17.49
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly maintenance reports/data entry using computerized maintenance system. Assist in organizing vehicle parts rooms; Monitors fuel usage and purchases; Process vehicle defect reports and maintain vehicle files; Responsible for parts procurement; Create and maintain vehicle fleet preventative maintenance schedule to determine vehicles that must have maintenance completed based on the approved mileage intervals consistent with manufacturer recommendations. Perform all clerical functions for the Maintenance Department.

Graduation from an accredited four year high school or GED program supplemented with additional course work business-related subjects; General knowledge of automotive terminology; Considerable experience dealing with the public; Considerable experience performing administrative functions; Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and decision making skills; or Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Valid TN driver license.
