BUILDING SERVICE WORKER PARKS & RECREATION THE VENUE BUILDING SERVICE WORKER THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH EXCELLENT BENEFITS SUCH AS HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE, 13 PAID HOLIDAYS, PAID PARENTAL LEAVE AND A RETIREMENT PLAN
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the Facilities run by The Parks and Recreation Department. This includes but is not limited to, event setup, various cleaning tasks, minor repairs, and general maintenance duties. Cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, halls and equipment. Must be able to work independently with minimal instruction. Must be able to perform building custodial work and use small hand tools to perform minor repairs in the building. Must be able to perform physical labor inside or outside in various conditions. Will be required to work flexible hours primarily during the evenings and on weekends.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; minimum age of 18 with valid driver’s license. Applicant must pass a background and driver’s license check and a physical exam, including a drug test. Bartlett resident preferred, but not required. Will work in a non-smoking work environment.
