Service Manager 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 388 Strong Road, South Windsor, CT 06074 Modern Pest Services is excited to announce that we are seeking a qualified, passionate, and tech-savvy Pest Control Service Manager to join our team. Based out of South Windsor, CT, this role will support the Hartford team in our goal to transform the pest control industry through technology-based innovations and solutions. In addition to leading our drive to bring SMART technology solutions to our new and existing clients, the Service Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of their designated team of Pest Control Service Professionals. This role reports directly to our Branch Manager, and will serve as a liaison bringing new initiatives, goals, and ongoing product knowledge to our group of pest control experts. The Service Manager must have an analytical and safety-forward mindset, routing, and inventory management experience.

Work Location:

This role is based out of our Hartford branch, located in South Windsor, CT, and will require travel to and from client sites as needed to support our Service Professional Team.

Anticimex Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in pest control preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and must meet company insurance standards. Must have or be able to obtain appropriate operator level state pesticide applicator’s license(s). Must possess CT supervisory pesticide licenses in categories 7A and 7D and MA Category 41 commercial certification or obtain them independently within 90 days of start. Must have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and Company policies. Proof of vaccination may be required to service certain client accounts. Company paid 7-year background check, Motor Vehicle Report, and 4-panel drug screening (cocaine, PCP, opioids, and amphetamines not prescribed by a doctor) required.
