Lead Maintenance Technician 55+ Community in Apollo Beach, FL 405 Elsberry Road, Apollo Beach, FL 33572
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance operations in a 55+ community.
Qualifications:
- Basic electrical skills
- Painting Skills (interior and exterior)
- Basic Plumbing (replace toilets, faucets, unclog drains)
- General Landscaping (watering, weed control)
- Basic AC Maintenance
- Basic pool and pool area maintenance (pool furniture,umbrellas,filter)
- Skills in the usage of all power and hand tools
- Basic Skills in motorized and electric equipment maintenance and repair
- Basic carpentry and masonry skills
- Must have computer skills for ordering supplies and parts as needed
- Lead person; must be a self-starter
