The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. Duties Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues, including both low voltage and high voltage systems. Ability for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to industrial maintenance operations. Use tools such as voltmeters to diagnose electrical problems and implement solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong background in HVAC systems. EPA Certifications Ability to communicate in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing. Strong troubleshooting skills for both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
