Position Overview:

Kings Service Solutions is seeking a dedicated and proactive Parking Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead the overnight operations of multiple public parking garages in Tampa, FL. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment for patrons and staff. The Supervisor will oversee a custodial team, manage daily operational tasks, perform quality inspections, and uphold high standards in cleanliness, facility maintenance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Operational Oversight Oversee and direct a team of overnight cleaning personnel. Conduct pre-shift briefings, review prior shift reports, and ensure smooth handovers. Assign and monitor tasks to ensure timely and effective completion. Maintain team accountability through performance evaluations and attendance tracking. Address operational challenges, including staffing issues and equipment failures. Serve as the primary point of contact between staff, client representatives, and Kings management. Prepare and submit detailed shift reports documenting activities, issues, and maintenance observations. 2. Facility Maintenance & Quality Assurance Coordinate daily cleaning assignments and ensure all areas of the parking garages are addressed. Perform routine quality checks to verify standards are met. Identify areas requiring daytime maintenance and relay recommendations to management. Manage supply inventory and ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently. Oversee proper waste disposal and support the team in spill or mess cleanup as needed. 3. Safety & Security Management Conduct regular facility patrols to identify safety hazards or areas for improvement. Monitor garage lighting systems and fire safety equipment; report deficiencies. Document and report any incidents, accidents, or security concerns to the appropriate parties. Respond quickly to urgent maintenance or safety issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken. 4. Hands-On Cleaning Duties Assist in critical cleaning tasks when necessary, including: Cleanup of bodily fluids and other hazardous spills. Emptying, sanitizing, and replacing liners in trash receptacles. Removal of debris, litter, and graffiti. Cleaning of elevated surfaces (e.g., pipes, fixtures, cameras).

Deliverables:

Accurate and timely shift reports detailing activities and findings. Up-to-date and complete staff timekeeping records. Well-maintained, clean, and secure parking facilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
