Job Functions Coordinate with department manager, operations, and maintenance team to develop plan details.
Coordinate with department managers, operations, and maintenance team the status of parts to facilitate daily scheduling.
Accurately scope jobs and plan maintenance work to increase overall equipment uptime.
Assist the failure analysis effort by reviewing systemic issue work order history to prevent recurrence of equipment failure.
Maintain all levels of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module
Investigate the feasibility of redesigning systems in which reoccurring equipment problems exist.
Support the advancement of fundamental principles of the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) program. Required Skills Complete understanding of electrical, mechanical, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Project management skills
Proficient computer skills in

CMMS, MS

Office and database programs; SAP a plus
Self-starter, good people skills, strong personal leadership, organizational skills, written and verbal communication.
Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of planning and scheduling to support Plant Equipment and Facility Maintenance.
Able to act as a technical SME when needed.
Plans and schedules PMs within their area of responsibility.
Must be proficient in managing store room spare parts and equipment acquisition for their areas.
Work with Reliability Engineer to get proper level of feedback on completed jobs.
Define scope, cost, and resourcing needed for outage jobs.
Generate accurate work orders for daily jobs and detailed scope as needed for daily jobs.
Lead efforts to improve SAP database by developing/updating BOM’s on functional locations, equipment, and repetitive jobs.
Utilize SAP for the creation of task lists and maintenance plans to assist in job planning. Maintain all levels of the SAP Maintenance Module.
Provide accurate and detailed information to contractors to ensure they provide accurate and cost effective estimates.
Maintain professional working relationships with core suppliers so that GPI interests are protected.
Other job duties as assigned my management. Required Experience High School Diploma, GED
Technical Certificate in Industrial Maintenance at Tech school, or equivalent is preferred.

Speaking Skills – Ability to talk to others and effectively convey information
Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks, with equipment downtime taking first priority
