Construction/Maintenance Brinton Investments 28972 Cumberland Rd, Shell Knob, MO 65747 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on residential properties to ensure optimal functionality. Execute repairs in various areas including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities maintenance. Lead small teams or supervise projects as necessary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or improvements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Skills in residential painting, electrical systems, and logic controllers are highly desirable. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
