Summary As a Maintenance Tech , Supervisor or groundskeeper at Narsi Properties, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our hotel properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality. Your role is crucial in enhancing guest experiences and supporting our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities across multiple hotel properties. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for timely repairs. Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly and effectively. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the hospitality industry or similar environment. Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscape maintenance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff at all levels. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
