Job Description Job Title:

Maintenance Director Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a LTC facility in Toms River, seeks a full-time experienced Maintenance Director in keeping our facility safe and in compliance in all regulations. Job Requirements include, but not limited to are: General working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry-related work. General working knowledge of maintenance, minor repairs, emergency alarms, and building systems. Complete work orders in a timely, precise, and professional manner. Able to work independently and follow safety policies and procedures. Maintain a calm, positive,e and professional demeanor in dealing with residents, staff family members, visitors, and vendors at all times. Respond to maintenance requests from our residents and staff. Help staff to set up activities and events. On call after hours and weekends. Able to lift 50 lbs. Available for snow removal in winter. Must possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, and safety regulations. Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.
