Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturingpany located in the Rochester, NY area.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee equipment to ensure maximum energy efficiency and operational uptime
- Champion HPS initiatives and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Refine the department’s preventive maintenance strategies
- Streamline the selection and management of spare parts inventory
- Implement preventive measures to cut costs and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Partner with the Central Maintenance team to enhance resource utilization and maintenance execution
- Lead and support the training and development of maintenance staff
- Offer technical support to maintenance personnel and other departments as needed
- Resolve and prevent recurring equipment issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Associate’s degree is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of production machinery
- Proficient with relevant tools, including electrical testing equipment
- Strongputer skills
- Ability to read and create mechanical drawings
- Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills
- High level of initiative and motivation
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and critical thinking abilities
