Oversee maintenance operations of assigned zone, monitoring turnover progress and supporting staff where needed. 1st point of contact for Maintenance Technicians within zone. Approve all maintenance and janitorial supply purchasing over a certain limit. Attend quarterly meetings with the Senior Team.
