Maintenance Group Lead Transitional Services Inc – 3.6 West Homestead, PA Job Details Full-time $27 – $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Carpentry Plumbing License Management 5 years Facilities management Maintenance High school diploma or GED Driver’s License Electrical experience Trade school Senior level Property management Full Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that the facilities are maintained, and grounds are landscaped. Navigate the ticket system to ensure timely effective and efficient completion of tasks. Ensure that plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems are operating efficiently. Establish schedule for maintenance staff and plan daily work assignments. Provide effective leadership of assigned maintenance staff, including but not limited to scheduling, absences, timekeeping, trainings, safety, and evaluation. Provides leadership to staff regarding corporate policies and procedures. Ensure that maintenance staff receives training so that each employee has full understanding of equipment and systems that they will be operating and maintaining. Maintenance of security system to ensure safe, secure, quality operations. May maintain keys, logs, etc. Ensure safety guidelines and program goals are met, including ensuring safety training requirements are met. Ensure organizational quality standards are met. Report operation malfunctions to the Facilities Manager and site management. In conjunction with the Facilities Manager, outsource services if more cost effective, as long as customer service quality is not compromised. Facilitate staff meetings for employees, to keep employees informed of what is happening or planned. Assist Maintenance Associates, works alongside them, and performs special projects when needed. Ensure that maintenance vehicles are clean and operational while notifying transportation of any mechanical issues or needs. Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance schedule. Provide exceptional customer service, ensure other team members do the same, foster and grow a positive work environment. Work on any other projects and at any other locations as needed as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Set up, meet, and work with outside contractors as needed. High School Diploma/GED/Technical School Diploma Minimum of 5 years experience within maintenance or facilities management; property management experience will be considered Carpentry, Electrician, Heating and Cooling or Plumbing Certificate a plus Act 33/34 Clearances Act 151 Clearance FBI Clearance Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License Transitional Services, Inc.
