Match Job Details Responsibilities:
As a Senior MaintenanceManager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smoothoperation of our manufacturing plant.
Your duties will include:
1.Overseeing and managing all maintenance operations within theplant, including HVAC systems, boilers, and other machinery. 2.Implementing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs toensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment. 3. Developing andimplementing strategies to improve the performance and reliabilityof plant assets. 4. Coordinating with other departments to ensurethat all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently andeffectively. 5. Leading and inspiring a team of maintenancetechnicians, providing them with the necessary training andsupport. 6. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations andquality standards. 7. Managing maintenance budgets and controllingcosts. 8. Liaising with suppliers and contractors, ensuring thetimely delivery of parts and services. 9. Continuously analyzingmaintenance processes and procedures for continuous improvement.10. Creating and presenting regular performance reports to seniormanagement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you willneed: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 2.A Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)certification. 3. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in plantengineering, with a focus on maintenance management. 4. Extensiveknowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, and other plant machinery. 5.Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managingand motivating a team. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, withthe ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. 7. Strongorganizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasksand deadlines. 8. Excellent communication skills, with the abilityto liaise effectively with staff at all levels. 9. A strongcommitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of safetyregulations and quality standards. 10. Proficiency in usingmaintenance management software.
