Job Description:

This is skilled, technical and administrative work at the experienced level. An employee in this class must, with little to no supervision, be able to maintain a consistent workload between all employed technicians. This requires organized scheduling, planning of upcoming projects and full execution of all existing projects.

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Effectively communicate between technicians, office staff, company owner, and client
• Provide technical support to field technicians
• Proactively keep the service schedule flowing smoothly
• Provide project management, including estimating, project layouts, scheduling, and equipment retrieval
• Supervise field technicians’ paperwork and operations
• Assist in the Implementation and management of an inventory program to stock materials
• Aid in forward-thinking techniques to bring about company growth and sustainability
• Prepare written reports following the expected guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to politely and respectfully communicate diagnosis and repair options with customer
• Ability to communicate effectively with administrators and other staff and to get along well with others
• Ability to respond to emergency calls
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals and to implement that knowledge in actual performance
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic defects

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Certification beneficial
• Minimum 8 years of field experience in related career fields
• Minimum 2 year of managerial experience
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the principles of safety and electricity
• Knowledge of standard parts, tools, and test equipment used in the trade and safe installation of new and replacement parts
• Knowledge of Office software, equipment, and general practices
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Desire to show initiative in setting and reaching company goals
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations
