Job Description
Service Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 2510 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, PA 17015 We are looking for a motivated individual to join our service department management team at our Carlisle, PA location.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and promote the Carlisle service department Greet customers and promptly answer incoming phone calls & emails Manage and motivate service department employees Create, schedule, and assign repair orders Support technicians to maintain efficiency and productivity Verify repairs are completed to ensure customer satisfaction Timely and accurate customer invoicing and follow through Assist technicians with parts related activities Coordinate with other departments and management at all Messick locations Manage Rental fleet: Availability, maintenance, and condition Ensure customers receive exceptional service with a commitment to department profitability
Requirements:
Positive attitude and a team player Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency Mechanical aptitude Commitment to department goals and profitability
Preferred:
Previous management experience Equipment background / agricultural, construction or lawn & garden
